Preventive maintenance at electrical substations

Dear Port Community,

Please note that on September 7, 2024, we will be carrying out preventive maintenance of electrical substations at TCBUEN. This work is crucial to ensure the reliability of our electrical installations and guarantee that the power supply for our operations remains stable and safe.

During this maintenance, we will carry out various technical actions that are aligned with our commitment to comply with current safety regulations and to prevent unexpected interruptions in our operations.

Please note that – during the scheduled maintenance period from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. – the power supply at the terminal will be completely suspended. We encourage the port community to safeguard their operations by advancing their cargo entry and withdrawal processes, as well as the scheduling of inspections, before the aforementioned maintenance begins.

In the coming days, we will be providing additional information and recommendations to help you prepare your logistics before this maintenance. We appreciate your attention and collaboration in this process.
