Gang Order

At APM Terminals Gothenburg we aim to simplify and standardise processes to increase safety and ensure transparency for our customers. Therefore, the order of gangs has been digitalised and the information will now be provided directly to us via the Service Request below. With this procedure we move towards the creation of a common baseline between shipping lines and APM Terminals.

Guidelines

• Select "Gang Order" in the selector below
• Shipping lines can only order gangs for their own vessels
• Shipping lines are obligated to send the order latest at 11:00 AM one workday prior to vessel call

Please note

•  This request is the official gang order request and will be confirmed by the berth planner
• A confirmed gang order is binding
• Potential changes on the order will be done based on the request and is to be discussed with berth planner after receival of the request
• Deviations (i.e., no/late arrival) from the confirmed gang order will be debited according to the contractual agreement
