NAVIS N4

Before requesting NAVIS N4 access, please check our advanced Track & Trace container tracking tool. This provides user friendly access to live container data from our Navis N4 Terminal Operating System. Please check this solution before requesting Navis N4 access, as it may meet your requirements more closely.

Track & Trace provides a quick overview of your containers and the option to save containers to a Container Watchlist for easier monitoring. From your personal Container Watchlist page (under Dashboard in the menu) you can also set up daily container email notifications. Please email service.gothenburg@apmterminals.com to join an Espresso session if you'd like to know more. Espresso sessions are 15 mins online meeting where you can freely ask any questions you have to gain a clearer understanding of how our e-tools can support you.

Should you still consider that NAVIS access is needed, kindly “Request User Access”. Please be advised that it will take some time for APM Terminals Gothenburg to evaluate your user needs and make a decision on whether your access can be granted.
