Customer Care's tips for you - how to optimise your flow over Christmas and New Year
How can our customers best prepare for Christmas and New Year?
Take advantage of the extended opening hours at the gates!
Over Christmas and New Year, we've extended our opening hours at the gates to make things easier for our customers. We strongly recommend scheduling visits outside of peak hours, which are usually in the afternoons. For anyone who is able to be here then, early mornings or late evenings are a smart choice for avoiding queues and optimising flow.
Investigate the possibility of redirecting your flow to the railway
Did you know that our railway production runs on most bank holidays? It could be a good idea to contact the train operators and see if you can redirect your transport to the railway during the holidays.
Plan proactively
The gate will be closed for three days during Christmas week, but the six free storage days apply as usual. By planning with this in mind, you can avoid unnecessary costs and ensure an efficient flow.
Will Customer Care be on site over Christmas and New Year?
Of course! Our Customer Care team is available between 07:00 and 17:30 every day that the gate is open. We are ready to help our customers and we look forward to supporting you during the holidays, too.
What can customers look forward to next year?
We have several exciting new things coming up. Already at the beginning of next year we will launch an upgraded portal for Service Request. The new portal makes it easier and more convenient to order services via our website, which we believe will be a great advantage for our customers.
