Action required - Use Navis N4 via new link from 15 March

Dear Navis N4 user,

To increase cyber security and improve the user experience for our Navis users, all external users will move from the application version of Navis N4 to a web-based version.

You can always find the new link to the new way of accessing Navis N4 on our website.
Via the link you will be given two options of accessing Navis N4, ULC and HTML.

We encourage you to choose the HTML version and familiarize yourself with it as the ULC will expire shortly. By March 15 at the latest, you need to use Navis N4 via the below link.

All functions are the same as in the version you use today. We have been collecting feedback from users during the past weeks and added anything missing. Your login details remain.

If you would experience anything that does not work, you are always welcome to contact us.

For you as a user, this change means:
- You need to change the way you access the Navis N4, the application you have downloaded to your computer will not work after March 15th.
- Improvements for those currently experiencing connectivity issues
- Increased information security
- Your company does not need to buy a Java license to use Navis N4
- A more user-friendly interface
