Our most dedicated visitors will soon be able to rate us on site

We’d love to hear your feedback! So, we'll soon be gathering feedback from the people who visit us the most, our valued truck drivers.

Truck drivers visit APM Terminals every day, often several times. It will soon be possible for drivers to rate our on-site service and provide written feedback. The survey will be available in several different languages and can easily be accessed via a QR code, scanned using a mobile phone.

'The truck drivers are a very important customer group. Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the terminal, they can provide valuable input that helps us create an even better customer experience,' says Emma Tendell Rutgersson, Customer Care Partner at APM Terminals Gothenburg.
