Customer Advisory - Prophet’s birthday Holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that on the occasion of Prophet’s birthday Holiday on Sunday 15th September 2024, our service coverage will be as follows:

• Appointment office will be closed on Sunday 15th and will resume on Monday 16th September 2024.
• Gate operations will continue as normal including delivery of import laden containers between 06:00 till 14:00 hours.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) will continue as normal.
• Sheds will be closed on Sunday 15th and will resume on Monday 16th September 2024.
• Administration offices will be closed on Sunday 15th and will resume on Monday 16th September 2024.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.

يرجى العلم أنه تم تحديد يوم األحد 15 سبتمبر 2024 اجازة رسمية بمناسبة عطلة المولد النبوي الشريف ، فعليه ستكون
تغطية خدماتنا على النحو التالي :
- سيتم إغالق مكتب المواعيد يوم األحد وسيستأنف العمل يوم االثنين 16 سبتمبر 2024
- ستستمر عمليات السفن )الحاويات والبضائع العامة( كالمعتادستستمر عمليات البوابة كالمعتاد بما في ذلك تسليم الحاويات المحملة باالستيراد من الساعة 06:00 حتى الساعة 14:00
