Beكن Leadership Program
APM Terminals Bahrain together with the Ministry Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) launched the Beكن Leadership Program in 2021. This two-year program supports the Logistics and Maritime Industry by injecting potential logistics leaders into the market and bringing Maritime expertise to a new generation of Bahrainis.
During the first phase of the Beكن program, mid to senior level Bahrainis will explore leadership opportunities in fields such as Government Relations, Finance, Operations, Transformation, Asset Management and HSSE. Development opportunities are supported by a robust training programme and onboarding process to induct selected candidates with functional, leadership and management competencies, the organization’s Way of Working and logistics industry knowledge.
