Customer Advisory - Ashoora Holidays

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that the Ashoora Holidays will be on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th July 2024. Our service coverage during this holiday period will be as follows:

• Appointment office will remain closed and will resume service on Thursday 18th July 2024.
• Gate will remain open from 06:00-14:00 on 16th & 17th July 2024 Will resume normal working from Thursday 18th July 2024.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) will continue as normal.
• CFS will remain closed on 16th & 17th July 2024 and will resume service on Thursday 18th July 2024.
• For Truck Appointment System, team will work remotely between 06:00 – 14:00 on both days and you may reach them thru landline phone 17365524 or thru WhatsApp Group created for Transporters.
• Administration office will resume on Thursday 18th July 2024

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.
