APM Terminals Bahrain Pioneering Excellence in the Region

APM Terminals Bahrain, the operator of Khalifa Bin Salman Port, marked a significant milestone with the launch of the Care College training program. This pioneering initiative engages employees and emphasises collaboration across the terminal through 3 days of impactful and interactive learning sessions. 

All 11 members of the first batch of graduates celebrated their successful completion of the program which was held in May.

The Care College program was created to enhance relationship-building skills and reinforce customer experiences to create lasting connections with our biggest stakeholders. Our aim is to elevate customer relationships, aligning our efforts to improve customer satisfaction and enhance their peace of mind when working with APM Terminals Bahrain. 

The Care College serves as both a platform for interaction and a reflective tool, where we continually keep our customers at the forefront of everything that we do.
