2003	Port gets rail connectivity through JV with Indian Railways
2005	APM Terminals acquires controlling stakes
2006	Pioneers double stack container rakes in India
2009	Container terminal became operational
2010	Company listed on Indian stock exchanges
2014	Liquid cargo operations commences at port
2015	RoRo Operations commences at port
2016	Container capacity expanded to 1.35 mTEUs
2017	Handles 100,000th Auto Unit - key milestone in just 20 months
2018	Terminal qualifies for AEO LO (Authorized Economic Operator for Logistic & Terminal Operators) certification
2019	Port wins Gujarat State CSR Award for “Water & Natural Resources management for Sustainable Agriculture” project
2020	APM Terminals Pipavav's board approves Rs. 700 expansion plan to handle bigger ships and increase container capacity to 1.6 million TEU
2022	- APM Terminals Pipavav is ranked as the most efficient Indian Port in the 2021 Global Container Port Performance Index - 1,000 kWp (kilowatt peak) DC capacity solar power plant installed, replacing around 10% of Port’s total energy consumption - New warehousing and training enables APM Terminals Pipavav to resume bulk agri-commodity handling
