Effective April 22nd 2024, MSC is collecting demurrage for their Ocean Carrier portion directly from their customers. The Terminal demurrage portion is separate and will be visible/payable on PayCargo. When line demurrage is owed, containers will have line holds present and customers will need to satisfy the charges directly with MSC. Once cleared with MSC, they will submit the line hold release via EDI. To receive future operational alerts by email or SMS please subscribe to Terminal Alerts.

Important Appointment System Update

Dear Valued Customer,

Our commitment to providing efficient and streamlined services requires us to apply certain measures to ensure the smooth execution of your transactions.  In order to enhance driver experience at our terminal, appointment grace periods will continue to be followed. However, drivers arriving outside of their appointment timeslots (exceeding the allowed grace periods) will be rejected and instructed to leave the facility.

Any appointments with pending impediments such as TMF/CTF, demurrage, banned trucks or miscellaneous fees remain subject to rejection tickets upon arrival. If your appointment falls into any of these categories, we kindly ask you to address the outstanding issues before the scheduled appointment date to avoid any delays.  In the event our gates are experiencing delays, we will adjust the grace periods accordingly.

We understand the importance of your time and are committed to facilitating a seamless process for all our customers. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

REMINDERS:

  1. Empty return appointments must have the container number updated 90 minutes prior to your arrival.
  2. Zone Adherence must be followed. Subsequent violations will result in company bans
  3. Our Container Watchlist is a great tool to help you manage your shipments.
