APM Terminals Pier400 Los Angeles moved import payments from our TOPS website platform to PayCargo on Thursday February 15. This change will only be for our Los Angeles facility.
PayCargo is an established platform that is widely used across the international container industry. By working with PayCargo the APM Terminals Pier400 allows users to have a common platform that is familiar to customers.

Export receiving information can be found under Vessel Schedule (click “view” to the far right under “Line Cutoff Times” and you will see these details).
Appointments can be managed using TermPoint . Appointments with any missing required information will be auto-cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment start time. If you have missed your appointment or your appointment was cancelled, you will need to create a new one for a later time. If you need to reschedule your appointment for a different date / time, you will need to cancel your existing appointment first. Appointments cancelled after the end of the appointment time window will be marked as missed.

All fees can be paid through our PayCargo payment system.
Trucks that have been banned from APM Terminals Pier 400 are unbanned after attendance in one of our STEP Classes (Safety Trucker Education Program) has been completed and Fine paid. Class is conducted weekly on Friday afternoon at 3:00pm in our Catalina Room located in the cafeteria of our main administration building. Fines must be paid at pier400payment .
30 minutes prior to the appointment time - If an appointment is incomplete or missing information, an email notification is sent which alerts users they have 30 minutes to update their appointments with the mandatory appointment information. These notifications will contain a list of all appointments in jeopardy of cancellation if they are not updated/completed prior to the cancellation cutoff. If these details are not updated prior to the cutoff, the appointment will be automatically cancelled by our system without the possibility to update after.
