Coordination of Empty return

Starting today, the coordination website is available to return your empty container at Terminal 4 and TERBASA through the Digital Port.

We ask that you coordinate your return prior to entry in order to obtain your Gate-Pass and present it at the time of entry to the Terminal.
As of Monday, May 4, the coordination and presentation of the Gate-Pass will be mandatory in order to return it.

The new coordination website will allow you to validate the return with free electronic debt, saving time and reducing physical documentation.
