Turn times are calculated from the point a truck enters the gate, to the point it leaves the gate. Please note:
- Import FCL / LCL total gate-out times are directly affected by Customs clearance once the container is loaded onto your truck.
- Export FCL / LCL total times include the time for scanning the unit inside the Terminal with the exporter’s truck.
