Warehouse Operations

APM Terminals Barcelona owns 300 m2 of space within its facilities to carry out different types of warehouse operations, customized in each case according to the characteristics of the cargo as well as the needs of the client.

The different options for warehouse operations may include: 

  • Stuffing and unstuffing (stripping) of goods
  • Short – medium term storage according to the type of cargo
  • Other possible Operations to be assessed on request.

Restrictions

  • IMO cargo handling.
  • Handling of refrigerated goods.
  • Operations requested by freight forwarders or customs agents will be reconfirmed by the Terminal with the shipping line owner of the container in each case.

Due to specific operations, the request for quotation will be necessary for each case. Once the request has been received and based on the characteristics of the same and the type of cargo, the quotation will be confirmed according to the feasibility of the operation.
