Global Customer Service Week 2024

Dear Esteemed Customer,

We are happy to inform you that the global Customer Service Week, with the theme "Above & Beyond," will be held from Monday, October 7 to Friday, October 11, 2024.

We will be celebrating this year's event with a week full of interesting activities, and we will end the week with celebrations, awards, and testimonials.

On Monday, October 7, at 9:00 am, the Medical and HSE team will provide a health and safety briefing to kick off our activities.

Tuesday through Thursday's activities will begin at 8.30 am, while Customer service operations will continue as usual.

On Friday, October 11, the grand finale events will take place in the open ground after the Customs office and run from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

To ensure that we wrap up on time and can resume serving you, we kindly ask for your early arrival on all days, but especially on the grand finale.
