Book container scan, customs examination or re-scan your container and download/print your indemnity form. Track your requests in a clear overview and receive notifications when customs approves/declines requests.
Please be informed that booking requests end at 5 pm each day.
If you want to secure your preferred booking date to be the next day, you must make your booking on or before 5 p.m. at the latest, except for days that are blocked owing to public holidays, scanner repair, Nigeria Customs Service notices of non-booking days, etc.
1.Login to our Customs Exam Booking Portal
2.Click on new request and read through the quota for the day.
3.You will see this important notice ‘‘Please NOTE: The table gives information on "USED", "BLOCKED" or "FREE" slot details. Other dates not on the table are 100% free. Pick an available date and book only customs requested containers to avoid delays or dates far away into the future’’.
4.Input your container details, choose service type: customs physical examination or custom scanning examination.
5.Select Yes if it is ’Used parts’ & NO if it is not.
6.If forklift is needed select YES, if not select NO.
7.Carefully select your positioning date base on the quota available.
8.Click on submit.
9.A confirmation mail and SMS message will be sent to your phone.
10.Please proceed to generate indemnity.
11.Please NOTE: In case you mistakenly pick the wrong service charge, note that the request will be manually handle based on the available slot or quota.
12.The best practice is to pay for the correct service charge to enable booking online and be online rather than being in queue hence to avoid delayed/denied request.
1.Login to TermView with your username and password.
2.Click equipment.
3.Go to equipment inquiry.
4.Type in container number and click on search.
5.Scroll down to equipment HOLD to check the HOLDs on your container.
6.If there is a HOLD kindly approach customs.
7.Nigeria customs service sends in the release and customer care removes the HOLD.
8.Proceed for TDO
9.If no HOLD kindly proceed for TDO.
1.Authorized agent in letter of authority approaches APM Terminals exit counter with a copy of his NCS inspection act and print out.
2.APM Terminals staff confirms the documents, by checking if the C-number on the inspection act tallies with the NCS print out advised by the agent.
3.APM Terminals staff prints the exit note from customs platform (NCSIS) if released by customs.
4. Stamped copy of the exit note is handed over to the customer.
5. The agent now proceeds to NCS gate to process his GATE pass exit note.
1.Authorized agent in letter of authority approaches APM Terminals TDO counter with a copy of his NCS inspection act, NCS print out, Gate pass exit note and valid shipping line delivery order.
2.APM Terminals staff checks the letter of authority to confirm the agent in front of his counter.
3.He also goes ahead confirm payment of terminal charge and check the documents advised by the agent to confirm validity of shipping line delivery order (DO), container numbers on the DO tallies with the units released by the Nigerian Customs Service on his NCS exit copies.
4.TDO copy is generated and handed over to the authorized agent.

2. Authorized TermView user ID requests TDO via TermView platform, by attaching scanned copy of his NCS inspection act, NCS print out, Gate pass exit note or copy of transire (units released by NCS via BOND) and valid shipping line delivery order.
3. APM Terminals staff checks the letter of authority to confirm the agent that signed the copies of the document is authorized in the letter of authority.
4. He also goes ahead confirm payment of terminal charge and check the documents advised by the agent to confirm validity of shipping line delivery order (DO), container numbers on the DO tallies with the units released by Nigerian custom service on his NCS exit copies or transire copy.
5. TDO copy is generated and sent to the requestor email.
