Customer advisory: Online TDO availability
Dear Esteemed customer,
Please be informed that our ONLINE TDO service, which is one of our TDO experience improvement which allows customers to request for TDO(Terminal Delivery Order) online from any location.
Kindly be informed that from 1st October, 2024, online request will be attended to from 8 am to 5pm daily on week days(Monday-Friday), while request on Saturdays will be attended to from 9am to 3pm and Sundays from 12 noon to 3pm. Any request outside this time frame will be worked on the following day.
