Early Opening at Our Customer Care Office on Saturday and Sunday

Dear Esteemed Customer,

Please be advised that our Customer Service office will open early on Saturday, September 21, 2024, and Sunday, September 22, 2024.

The office will be open on:
Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 7am – 12pm
Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 10am – 4pm

The cut-off time for online TDO request on:
Saturday, September 21, 2024 is 11 a.m.
Sunday, September 22, 2024 is 3pm

In order to serve every customer in our waiting area, the turnstile and ticket machine will close at 11 a.m.

We encourage you to take advantage of this information by processing all your transactions early.
