Gang Order
At APM Terminals Aarhus we aim to simplify and standardise processes to increase safety and ensure transparency for our customers. To achieve this, the order of gangs has been digitalised. The information will now be provided directly to us via the Service Request form below. With this procedure, we move towards the creation of a common baseline between shipping lines and APM Terminals.
Guidelines
- Select "Gang Order" in the selector below.
- Shipping lines can only order gangs for their own vessels.
Shipping line agents that are responsible for ordering gangs are included in this. - Shipping lines must submit the order before 11:00 AM on the working day prior to vessel call.
Orders submitted on Fridays (for Monday vessel calls) must be submitted by 10:30 AM on Friday.
Please note
- This request is the official gang order request and will be confirmed by the berth planner.
- A confirmed gang order is binding.
- Potential changes to the order will be done based on the request and must be discussed with berth planner after receipt of the request.
- Deviations from the confirmed gang order (e.g. no arrival or late arrival) will be charged according to contractual agreements.
- The crane split in the order is binding, and the number of cranes ordered is the minimum. Should there not be enough work for the cranes ordered, the wasted resources can be charged to the customer who made the order.
