Lean for All Academy

Our Lean for All Academy is the driving force behind our Lean tools, methodologies, and behaviors. With a focus on quality training our team's dedication and determination have elevated us to 13 Advanced Practitioners and 121 Lean Practitioners across diverse levels contributing to enhanced customer service and the seamless flow of global trade.

APM Terminals Bahrain implemented its Lean learning program in 2019 to enhance the way it serves customer and to ensure continuous development for employees. This internal training program is aligned with APM Terminals global Way of Working. The APM Terminals Way-of-Working Business System is enabling the company to transform its organisation by driving a continuous improvement culture that impacts its people, customers, and performance. 

Based on lean principles and methodologies, APM Terminals is investing in every brain in the organisation by equipping them with world class tools to focus on and solve its customers daily challenges and keep each other safe, through a continuous cycle of change innovation and improvement.

 

Care College Program

The Care College Program was created to enhance relationship-building skills and reinforce customer experiences to create lasting connections with our biggest stakeholders. Our aim is to elevate customer relationships, aligning our efforts to improve customer satisfaction and enhance their peace of mind when working with APM Terminals Bahrain. The Care College serves as both a platform for interaction and a reflective tool, where we continually keep our customers at the forefront of everything that we do.
