Mega Truck/Duo Trailer Pre-Announcement

To promote increasingly ecological and sustainable behavior for landside transport, APM Terminals Valencia provides a Mega Truck truck delivery / reception service.

  • Pre-advise your arrival using the form below at least one day in advance of your arrival.
  • Please note that transport order must be issued through the PCS.

Upon arrival at the terminal, trucks should access the terminal through gate "E1" although it will have the red closed cross. (They will open the barrier manually).

The lane barrier will be opened and the driver must pass this barrier with the tractor, get out of the truck and walk to the gate incident window

At the window they will manage the corresponding download and load transactions, they will tell you where to go to carry out operations and they will explain how to proceed at the exit.

The truck will go to the indicated area to carry out the operations and once completed it will continue to the exit.

Trucks should use exit gate "S3", and if possible they will print the ticket at the automatic kiosk, if not, they will open the exit lane barrier manually. After passing the barrier the driver must go to the incident window where the documentation process will be completed and you will be able to leave the terminal.
