Gate operations returned to normal
Dear customers,
We are contacting you to give an update on the state of the operations at APM Terminals Valencia, after the implementation of the new system Navis 4.
After the Go Live last 5th February, vessel operations have been working normally, with low productivities as expected. As for the gates, on Monday 7th February, errors were detected in the system related to the EDI messages. Our technical department is currently solving the problem and we expect this afternoon (8 February) to recover the normal gate activity.
