Customer Advisory: DPD/RMS Container Clearance

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional services, we would like to inform you of an important update regarding the DPD/RMS container clearance and release process for import containers cleared at Pipavav. To enhance the efficiency of DPD/RMS container clearance, we request all CHAs to share the DPD/RMS clearance details in the format provided below, written in the body of the email. This will help us understand the FCL/LCL status and determine the required number of OOC to clear and release the containers.

Declaration: “We hereby confirm that all listed containers have been cleared with Out of Charge (OOC) at the Customs House and are authorized for further movement. We accept full responsibility for this declaration.”
