Chrismas and New Years opening hours and deviating deadlines

Dear relation,

Please find below the adjusted opening hours and deviating deadlines for APM Terminals MVII in relation to Christmas 2024.

Complete terminal operations will stop as from 24th of December 15h00. Terminal operations will resume as from 26th of December 07h00.

Further deviating deadlines are mentioned below specified per modality.

Waterside Deep-sea and Feeder

Deadlines and Cargo Cut Off: For vessels with an ETA between 24^th of December 15h00 and 27^th of December 07h00 an additional 40 hours must be added onto the original deadlines for DEEP-SEA and FEEDER vessels. Therefore, the urgent request to take same into account during your planning!

Waterside Barges
Regular barge requests with an ETA between 25^th of December 00h01 till 27^th of December 23h59, must be done before 24^th of December 09h30 via Portbase or Nextlogic.

Fixed Window barge requests with an ETA between 25^th of December 00h01 till 27^th of December 23h59, must be done before 23^rd of December 09h30 via Portbase or Nextlogic.

Landside Rail
Rail requests with an ETA between 25^th of December 00h01 till 27^th of December 23h59, must be announced before the 24^th of December 09h30.

Remark; please be aware that NO trains can arrive nor be picked up between 24^th of December 15h00 and 26^th of December 07h00!

Landside Truck
Last available time slot is 24^th of December 13h15-13h45
First available time slot is 26^th of December as from 07h15

Fixed Window barge requests with an ETA between 1^st of January 00h01 and 2^nd of January 23h59, must be done before 30^th of December 09h30 via Portbase.

Landside Rail
Rail requests with an ETA between 1^st of January 00h01 and 2^nd of January 23h59, must be announced latest 31^st of December before 09h30.
