Reduced rail terminal availability
Dear customer,
Important maintenance notice!
Due to planned maintenance of the equipment at the rail terminal, in weeks 35 + 37 + 39 you have to take into account reduced available capacity, which may result in delays. In order to handle the rail operation as well as possible, we ask you to contact us in time (week before arrival) if your train is planned within the following time slots. Then we look for a suitable solution.
In normal situation we are having 2 railcranes to our availability, however one of these are going in maintenance for below mentioned period.

We do our utmost to resolve the backlog as quickly as possible. The other operations of the terminal are operating normally.
