New Email Address for Cargo Control

Dear customers, 

At APM Terminals Spain Gateways, we always try to give you the best possible support when dealing with our terminals. 

Starting January 12^th, 2022, we will implement a case management system to strengthen our service to you in our Terminals in Barcelona, Castellon, Gijon, and Valencia. With this new system, we will be able to provide faster and more efficient resolutions to your queries.

A new email address to manage these cases has been created for APMT Terminals Barcelona cargocontroBCN@apmterminals.com.

The Current email address marBCN@apmterminals.com and marediBCN@apmterminals.com will be disabled in the coming days. Thus, all those emails need to be sent to the new address cargocontrolBCN@apmterminals.com

From January 12^th, 2022 you will receive an automatic reply with a case number after you send a first email with your query.  This case number can be used at any time you want to follow up on your email.
