Operational Schedules 16th July - Virgen del Carmen Festivity

Dear Customers,

Please note below information related to operative schedules in our facilities APM Terminals Barcelona on next 16^th July due to Festivity of Ntra. Sra. Del Carmen.

• Gates operations: Gates will be open from 08.00 h to 20.00. Notice system will be as usual (PORTIC).

*All operations carried out during this day will include the surcharge applied on Saturdays, agreed per contract (but no prior notice via email will be required).

*On Saturday 17^th July gates will be open as per usual schedule from 08.00 to 14.00 and surcharge will be applied as per agreed contract. This operation must be requested to operations department before 15^th July at 12.00.

**For extraordinary gate operations outside the above-mentioned schedules they must be requested to our Operations Department (jefedeturnoBCN@apmterminals.com) before 15^th July at 12.00. These operations are subject to previous quotation.

• Maritime Operations: without affections.

• Train Operations: Train terminal will be operative under train’s operator request. To coordinate the operative and hire the necessary staff, it is mandatory to submit the request and all information related to the operative before 15th July at 12.00.

*All train operations carried out during the 16^th of July will be included the surcharge for Saturdays as per agreed contract.

Neither warehouse services nor VAS will be operative during this day.
