Refund Process of Approved Applications Related to 2022 Truck Strike.

Dear Valued customers,
We are pleased to inform you that ACT has now received all the required information and approvals to proceed with the refund process for approved applications.
This advisory specifically pertains to approved applications only. Any consignees with invalid applications have already been assessed during the application process and no additional applications will be reviewed or accepted.

All approved applications will be refunded effective today 25-3-2024 directly to consignees’ designated bank accounts.

Additionally, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, we would like to extend our best wishes to all our customers a blessed month.
