Your opinion about APM Terminals Maasvlakte II

Your opinion about our services is very important. We ask for your opinion in different ways. One of them being our customer satisfaction survey, which is held every quarter. The survey allows you to indicate your level of satisfaction with the terminal, your experiences with APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, what is missing and what could be improved.

In quarter 1 of 2023, 56 participants completed the customer satisfaction survey and rated our terminal with an average of 8.2! An increase of 0.4 compared to the previous quarter. This is mainly due to the speed of handling and the telephone service provided when there are challenges.

The customer satisfaction survey again showed that it would help trucking companies better understand the availability of time slots. We understand that it is very useful for trucking companies to see slot availability. The barometer has now been technically set up by our IT department. Currently, the barometer is being tested. We hope to delight you with our barometer within a few weeks.

In addition, the survey mentioned communication via the intercoms. A project group is working on a several of improvements. A next step in this will be adding an audible signal. This audible signal will alert the truckdriver when the crane switches from automatic mode to Remote Crane Operator. After that, the button must be pressed again. We can tell you more about this in the next quarter.
