Your opinion about APM Terminals Maasvlakte II

Your opinion about our services is very important. We ask for your opinion in different ways. One of them being our customer satisfaction survey, which is held every quarter. The survey allows you to indicate your level of satisfaction with the terminal, your experiences with APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, what is missing and what could be improved.

In quarter 3 of 2022, a record number of participants completed the customer satisfaction survey! As many as 116 customers gave their opinions and rated our terminal with an average of 7.7. An increase of 0.2 compared to the previous quarter. This is mainly due to the speed of handling and the telephone service provided when there are challenges.

The customer satisfaction survey again showed that it would help trucking companies better understand the availability of time slots. Therefore, a truck barometer is being developed. This will show how much capacity is still available per time slot. Currently this functionality is being IT technically set up. We will keep you informed of progress via our newsletter.

In addition, the survey mentioned communication via the intercoms. A project group is working on a several of improvements. The first small steps have been taken: the texts on the pedestals have been significantly improved and have now been implemented in all languages on the pedestals.  We are also investigating what additional information we could provide on the pedestals to indicate what can be expected.
