WACT graduates its scholarship scheme inaugural batch

The successful graduation of the inaugural recipients of the WACT scholarship scheme demonstrates the unwavering dedication of WACT to lifting the standard of responsibility in its host communities.

The scholarship scheme was launched in 2021, with the aim of providing educational opportunities for underprivileged youth in Onne and Ogu, Rivers State according to Justin Okwuofu, WACT Community Relations Manager.

Remarkable transformations

Justin Okwuofu, WACT Community Relations Manager said the company has been deeply inspired by the testimonies of the scholarship graduates.

"Many have shared how the program has transformed their lives, opening doors that they never thought possible. Their stories of determination, perseverance, and academic excellence are truly humbling. Over 100 students have been empowered to pursue university education, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to build brighter futures."
