Keith Svendsen has been in the role as CEO of APM Terminals since July 2022. What are his thoughts and reflections after the first few months at the helm of the company? In the interview, Keith Svendsen confesses that the first few months have been “a busy start, but very rewarding”, with lots of travels to meet colleagues and stakeholders around the world. “What is great about the new role is that I have this privilege to go and meet all our stakeholders - governments, customers and joint venture partners around our terminals and I'm really happy to see the confidence we enjoy from our partners. And as I continue to meet my colleagues, I can see the enthusiasm and the energy that we have in our locations, which is hugely motivating to me”, he shares.

Asked about the priorities and focus areas for APM Terminals in the near future, Keith Svendsen reiterates that “Safer, Better Bigger” strategy remains the guiding light, with a strong commitment to drive the decarbonization agenda in the industry to make a real impact in the world.
