New Managing Director for APM Terminals Callao

APM Terminals Callao, operator of the North Multipurpose Terminal of the Port of Callao (Peru), appointed Lars Vang Christensen as its new Managing Director, replacing Javier Lancha de Micheo.

Lars Vang Christensen has a broad and solid international experience in the logistics business of more than 25 years, having started his career in A.P. Moller-Maersk. Before assuming this role, he served as CEO of the Suez Canal Container Terminal in Egypt.

Lars has extensive knowledge of the needs of APM Terminals clients, which will help prepare APM Terminals Callao for the challenges ahead, taking advantage of the solid foundations built by his predecessors.

Lars began his career at Maersk as a Deck Cadet and achieved several key roles, such as Captain, Manager, Port Manager and General Manager.
