Advisory: Annual indexation on terminal Scale of Rates 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

Greeting from APM Terminals Mumbai!

This is to advise you that Ministry of Commerce and Industry has released the annual indexation factor based on the WPI variation for period Jan 2024 to Dec 2024 as 1.74%. As per clause 2.8.1 of the Tariff Policy for Major Ports Authorities 2021, automatic annual indexation of SOR, considering 60% of WPI variation is 1.04%.

Gateway Terminal India Private Limited, will be applying the above increment on the Terminal’s current Scale of Rates and the same shall be effective 1st May 2025. This indexation shall be applicable on all existing tariff items listed in the Scale of Rates.

The new tariff document will be uploaded on our website shortly and can be accessed on GTI website.

All invoices generated after 0001 hrs on 01-May-2025 (irrespective of time of service provided) will be charged as per the revised tariff structure.
