e-Form 13 post N4 Rollout

Season’s Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

As you are aware, we are going to upgrade our Terminal Operating System (TOS) from existing Navis to state of the art - N4 system around Week 3 of 2021. In order to ensure that this process of transition is smooth we shall be sharing regular updates and advisories with regards to changes around your access to our systems.

To start with, the current PIN generation platform would shift from existing Navis based WebAccess to N4 enabled Customer Service Portal. You shall be required to access e-Form 13 portal for PIN generation by logging into the Customer Service Portal.

In order to ensure that there is complete clarity on this change in work-practise, we shall be organising a Webinar at 1030 hrs on 30^th December 2020. You are requested to nominate your representative who would like to attend the same to Vineetsingh.M.Tanwar@apmterminals.com . A meeting invite shall be shared with the nominee. Please retain the participant nomination to two from your entity.
