Customer Advisory No. 574: Implementation of New NAVIS 4 Operating System and New EASYPORT Customer Portal
TCBUEN informs the port community that from April 14 to 20, 2025, we will be transitioning to our new operating system and new client portal. This implementation will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, and will involve migrating data from our current operating system to the new NAVIS 4 system. Therefore, there will be limitations on services and payment systems from Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 16:00 hours until Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 16:00 hours.
