Customer Advisory No. 574: Implementation of New NAVIS 4 Operating System and New EASYPORT Customer Portal
TCBUEN would like to inform the port community that during the week of April 14 to April 20, 2025, we will be transitioning to our new operating system and customer portal. This implementation will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, and includes the migration of data from our current operating system to the new NAVIS 4 system. Therefore, there will be a suspension of services and related systems from Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 16:00 until Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 16:00.
As a result, we share the following service hours to allow you to plan your operations in advance:
Monday, April 14 and Tuesday, April 15:
Document Management: 07:00 to 18:00 hours – Continuous working hours
Billing and Accounts Receivable: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 hours
Customer Service: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 hours
General Cargo Warehouse - Dispatch Appointments: 07:00 to 21:00 hours – Continuous working hours
Coffee and Sugar Warehouse: 06:00 to 22:00 hours – Continuous working hours
Wednesday, April 16:
Document Management: 07:00 to 12:00 hours
Billing and Accounts Receivable: 08:00 to 12:00 hours
Customer Service: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 hours
General Cargo Warehouse (dispatch appointments): 07:00 to 12:00 hours
Coffee and Sugar Warehouse: 07:00 to 12:00 hours
Import and Export Warehouse: 07:00 to 12:00 hours
Notes:
1. The last appointment for container pickup will be at 13:00 hours for import containers.
2. Goods in DTA/OTM, expiring on Wednesday, April 16, must have their pickup appointments scheduled before 12:00 on Wednesday, April 16.
3. Pre-inspections will not be provided.
