Peter Wikström

Peter Wikström was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and joined APM Terminals Management Team on January 1, 2025.

Peter joined APM Terminals after having served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at A.P. Møller - Mærsk since 2019, a role in which he built Maersk’s M&A muscle and spearheaded some of its most critical acquisitions.

Since 2023, Peter also serves as Head of Strategic Brands – a portfolio including MCI, Maersk Training, Stillstrøm, Frey Commodities and Svitzer (recently stock listed) – where he has been driving an active ownership model.

Peter joined Maersk in 2016 after having been an investment banker for 15 years with SEB and China International Capital Corporation Ltd. (CICC).
