Update: New Terminal Operating System NAVIS 4 (N4)

Dear customers,

We are contacting you to give an update on the state of the operations at APM Terminals Valencia after the implementation of the new system Navis 4.

The incidence related to EDI messages has been finally solved, and we can confirm gate operations are currently operating on full capacity as from this morning. 

With regards to vessel operations, there has been some improvements compared to yesterday, however, we are working non-stop to recover productivity levels as soon as possible.
