COVID-19 Update

We would like to offer you our latest update on the outbreak of COVID-19 and relevant impact to APM Terminals Valencia.

General Status

We are operational and have adopted the safety measures and protocols outlined by APM Terminals and local authorities.

The terminal is working with a single call for all the regular maritime services that are arriving. This means the export receival is open for one voyage per service. We expect this situation to change back to normal as of next week.  

This decision has been made to ensure our ability to keep serving vessels while providing space for cargo acceptance and storage. As soon as yard occupation allows, APM Terminals will open two calls per service.

We are taking extraordinary measures together with our customers as longstanding full containers have impacted our yard capacity. We have started the process of going back to normal accepting more empties and exports.
