Navis N4 – Go Live at APM Terminals Barcelona

We are pleased to inform you of our planned implementation of Navis N4 operating system in our terminal, which will represent a substantial change in the management of our operations and is expected to improve efficiency and service to our customers.

Go-live dates for the new operating system have also been scheduled and are tentatively as follows:

• Saturday 14 Oct – (02:00 a.m.) Shutdown of terminal operations.
• Sunday 15 Oct – (08:00 a.m.) Navis N4 system start-up.
  - Maritime operations resume.
  - No gate operations except for testing.
• Monday 16 Oct - Gate operations restart at the usual time.
• 30 hours of downtime are foreseen in total for data migration to N4.

These tentative dates will be communicated to the stakeholders involved in the process and, in case of modification, they will be conveniently informed.

Customer Portal (https://online-barcelona.apmterminals.com) will be under maintenance during this change.
