Your opinion about APM Terminals Maasvlakte II counts!

We are proud to share that our terminal achieved a customer satisfaction score of 7.8 in quarter 4 of 2024! As many as 59 participants shared their valuable feedback. This feedback allows us to further improve the score. While we are proud of this score, we strive to raise it even further and further increase the number of parties completing it. For this we need your help!

One of the points mentioned was about the time slots. With the terminal becoming increasingly busy, the number of full time slots has increased. We understand that this can cause frustration. Therefore, we are currently looking into how we can solve this problem, especially in view of expanding our capacity. 

Another issue that was mentioned a lot in the survey concerns the expected discharge time. Many customers expressed a need for a clearer expected discharge time. We are working to improve this process.
