Appreciation for barge operators on the ‘Day of Inland shipping’

On 9 November, it was the Day of the Inland Shipping. APMT MVII is known for its good handling and timely service. The specially designed barge quay contributes to high efficiency which is focused on barges, ensuring an optimal flow of goods through the inland shipping network.

To celebrate the Day of Inland Shipping Frank van Veen, Tess Louwman and Judith Versteeg visited various companies and reflected on the importancy of inland shipping for the logistics sector. In addition, the day was celebrated together with various barge operators. Frank van Veen has made a video in collaboration with HGK Logistics, HTS Intermodaal, Inland Terminals Group, Van Berkel Logistics and Barge Terminal Tilburg to promote awareness of the inland shipping sector.
