Go Green, Poti!
APM Terminals Poti joined the global environmental campaign Go Green.
The company hosted local college students, introduced them to the environmental policy and waste management strategies and emergency spill response drill practices, and donated used computers to support the re-use process and their education.
In addition, one of the traditional cleaning activities was held with the participation of the company employees and and lease companies. They cleaned up the inner basin, beach, and port area.
APM Terminals Poti delivered trees to the public schools and mobilized around 100 schoolchildren and teachers for greening activities fostering environmental awareness and action in the community.
