Customer Advisory - COVID-19 APM Terminals Poti

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to provide you with an update on APM Terminals Poti’s business continuity plan in relation to COVID–19. As a critical gateway for the Caucasus to access the global market for goods we will continue to handle your cargo throughout this crisis. It is our intention to provide maximum operational capacity and uptime to ensure that your supply chains can continue to flow.

The safety of our people as always remains our foremost concern. Our colleagues that can perform their duties from home have been provided the tools to do so. Your usual contacts will be available via email and phone and have access to the applications to carry out your business. We encourage you to maintain in contact with them throughout this period.

For the operationally critical positions that are required to be physically at the premises we have provided the required measures of FFP3 type masks, sanitizers and precautions for limiting direct contact. We are structuring their locations and tasks in such a way that it provides maximum isolation to avoid spreading of the virus. We ask that in the case that direct contact between your staff and ours is a necessity of conducting the business the same distance rules are respected.

We are in constant contact with the Government of Georgia and are following their and the World Health Organization’s instructions in containing the outbreak and caring for our employees.
