Out Of Hours Truck Appointments
For added convenience, APM Terminals Aarhus allows pick-ups and drop-offs outside of the terminals standard gate hours. Out-of-hours appointments are available in two time slots, 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00, from Monday to Thursday. Appointments can be made for all container types, including OOG and empty containers. Dual transactions (pick-up and drop-off during a single appointment) are also available.
Good to know
- Out-of-hours time slots are currently available: 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00, from Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
- Gate procedure is the same as the daytime gate procedure. Exception handling may be conducted remotely.
- Deadline to update or cancel the appointment is 9:00 AM the day before e.g. If booking for Monday, 9:00 AM previous Friday is the deadline.
