System downtime planned on 13th March 2022

Dear Valued Customers,

Greetings from APM Terminals Pipavav!

This is to advise that we are planning terminal operating system upgrade on 13^th March 2022. In order to facilitate the same, we shall be undertaking a system downtime of 12 hours between 2200 hrs, 13^th Mar 2022 to 1000 hrs, 14^th Mar 2022. below is the duration of Downtime for various Application:

During this planned downtime Operations will be carried out as below.

Wharf Operations: No Vessel alongside berth during down time.

Gate Operations: Container Gate In will be based on Manual Form-13 during the down time.

Rail Operations: Rail Operation will be carried out Manually. Pre-advise can be send to email id INPPVRAIL@apmterminals.com during the down time.

In addition to this, NCAP and Track and Trace facilities will not be available for a period of 5 days (14^th March 2022 to 18^th March 2022) after the system upgrade. As an alternate to NCAP, Cargo desk will share requisite reports with all users on demand.

This upgrade is planned to continually improve the quality of services being delivered by the terminal and we request your support and understanding towards the same.
