COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update - Terminal Remains Fully Operational

We would like to offer you our latest business update on the outbreak of COVID-19 as it has spread to most parts of the country and world. Local authorities increasingly apply restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus, potentially impacting production and supply chains. At APM Terminals Pipavav, we are following our standard crisis protocol at international and customer levels and are doing our utmost to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on your supply chain.

We remain fully operational, vessels calling the port are arriving and sailing as scheduled and all our employees are fully enabled to work to secure business continuity while complying to all guidelines for COVID-19 issued by statutory authorities. We are closely monitoring the local situation and committed to ensure the safety of employees whilst working towards mitigating any possible impact to your supply chain.

We continue uninterrupted to accept container / cargo arriving by vessel, rail and road. Port Customs house, clearance and other business activities at the port and associated CFS facilities, Liquid / Gas and RoRo terminals are uninterrupted. In case you foresee a need to divert cargo due to supply chain challenges caused by restrictions, we are pleased to support with finding temporary solutions to fit your business.

We have prohibited entry for non-business critical visitors at the Port as a precautionary measure to mitigate spread of CORONAVIRUS-19. However, business critical visits will be permitted on prior approval and visitors will undergo health screening at port entry. Appended with this advisory is the self-declaration form that visitors should bring duly filled and submit at screening point in security gate complex.
